Why Does American Ice Creams Have No Sugar?


In other countries the ice creams have alot of sugar, and it makes them better then ever! i came to usa and the ice creams taste like frozen water with cream on it.

Do you gus dont like sugar? or just like ice creams with no sugar?

how can i make ice cream with a little baskin robbin ice cream maker?


i don’t have any more of the mix to make the ice cream. i was wondering if anyone had a way to make the ice cream without the mix.

try this recipe, it’s a good one

2 cups COLD heavy whipping cream
2 cups COLD skim milk
3/4 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
combine the heavy cream and skim milk in a large bowl; whisk in the sugar till blended. whisk in the vanilla, and pour it into the maker.

if you go to the recipe site you can scale down the servings to the appropriate size for your maker.

Will ice cream effect my diet?

i been eating healthy for around 2 weeks now and i feel like eating some ice cream lol i ate around 800 calories today will ice cream effect?

You’ve not had many calories so no, some ice-cream will not affect your weight. In terms of health, there’s also no harm in having the ocasional treat every now and then. It stops you feeling deprived so I’d say go for it.

Ice Cream, Salt, Sugar, Heat, milk, ice?

I did an ice cream lab, and ihave a few questions that im not sure how to answer..
- what is the state of matter of ice cream ?
- in order to chnage the phase of milk, what needs to be removed?
- what happened to the heat energy that left the milk?
- if there was no sugar added, would the ice cream frozen faster? why?
- why did the outside of the bag get wet (no leaks)?

what is the state of matter of ice cream ? Solid (unless it was melted ice cream.

in order to chnage the phase of milk, what needs to be removed? Heat

what happened to the heat energy that left the milk? it warmed the ice, salt and water solution.

if there was no sugar added, would the ice cream frozen faster? why? I don’t think it would have frozen faster, it just wouldn’t have tasted as good.
