Is there a lot of sugar in my ice cream?
Posted on Jul 02, 2009 under No sugar ice cream |I found a recipe for ice cream that calls for a cup and a half of white sugar.. I know this is a lot, but the recipe makes 5 quarts of ice cream, so in proportion, is it really a lot? I’m only 13, experience has not yet come to me yet in the area of cooking/baking.
not really. I think it’s an ok amount of sugar.
can’t you use a healthier substitute, like honey?

not really if it makes five quarts, i know some that are s lot more sugar in them
