Pudding & ice cream is good on a diet?
I had tonsilectomy 2 weeks ago, I was on pudding, jello, and ice cream diet. I lost 12 lbs! I want to keep losing, so I wondering if I should keep eating pudding plus no carbs? My diet will be like this…
Morning: 2 pudding
Lunch: Scrambled eggs (no salt, no pepper), sometimes cheese omelet.
Dinner: Scrambled eggs again. or…grilled chicken w/ green salad.
I'll just feed the 'craving' by eating pudding.
You are not getting the nutrients you need…where is the fruits and breads? This is not a good idea…you are only losing weight because you are starving your body of what it needs.

As soon as you start moving around it won't be enough to sustain you. It only worked because you were eating very small calories and nothing else. You need to eat to survive and jello and pudding though they will keep you alive, will eventually lead to you GAINING weight in the long run from all the sugar.

One cannot diet for very long eating pudding, because the sugar will eventually catch up with you. Try the cheese/eggs/meat routine with no carbohydrates, and you will lose weight, not be hungry, and be healthy. And the weight will come off far faster than with sugar in the diet.
