How I try to be healthy, haha. I’m 5’8.5″, 174cm, a bit over 120 lbs, or around 55kg. I’m trying to lose a few more lbs.
Tips:
- Drink a glass of hot water or lemon water first thing in the morning to flush out system
- Always eat breakfast, eat your carbs in the morning
- Spread out meals into 6 small meals a day
- No sugar or carbs for dinner, low salt for dinner
- No eating 4 hours before bed time
- Watch your sauces, creamy sauces are high in calories
- Dinner should be the smallest meal
- Count your calories, I stick to around or under 1000 a day on the weekdays when I’m trying to lose weight
- You don’t need 2000 calories if all you do is sit around
- Exercise
Foods in my regular diet:
Apples, other fruits, plain oatmeal, fat free yogurt, coffee (with cream only), unsalted mixed nuts, egg, vegetables, baby carrots, celery, rotisserie or grilled chicken, tomato soup, green tea, dark chocolate, tuna
Foods I never/rarely eat:
Juices (bottled), soda, artificial drinks, pizza, cheese, burgers, hot dogs, fried food, cake, cookies, sweets, chips, salty snacks, ice cream, bread
My favorite foods:
Hot pot, sukiyaki, shabu shabu, Korean BBQ, Taiwanese food, steak, ribs

wow that’s such an inspiration because i weighed 165 at my heaviest.I’m on a diet where i try to eat less then 1300 calories a day. But lately its been about 800 calories and i was surprised but really i’m that hungry. I hope i get to be as skinny as you! and your right no one needs 2000 calories if your doing nothing lol

What really helped …
What really helped me a while back was quitting carbohydrates after 4PM. That means no carbs at all at dinner. It makes logical sense as well cause it lightens up your dinner. After dinner you’re not usually physically active so there is no way you’re going to burn of carbs. Surprisingly I wasn’t hungry after dinner. I stopped doing it but it did work cause you can have carbs during the day so you don’t deprive your body of nutrition. Oh I have a weekend free eat zone as well that works too!

Your BMI is 18 already- this might be a little underweight. Have you thought about trying to weight lift and gain a little lean muscle? Gaining muscle can decrease your chances of illness and will burn more calories.

Oh wow. I’m really having a lot of trouble with my weight. I’m 5’5″ and I weigh 10 more pounds than you. I’m very unhappy, but I’m a picky eater. I snack ALL the time and I don’t like lots of veggies. I really wish I could find an amazing routine like that!
