   donweiser is in the know…a real egg cream only uses fox’s u-bet syrup and you have to use a soda syphon to get the foamy head on an egg cream…bottled seltzer just doesn’t work…at least this guy got the order of mixing the ingredients right

   I’m sorry but you must use u-bet chocolate or u-bet vanilla syrup to make the real chocolate egg cream or vanilla egg cream. If you only have Hershey’s syrup, don’t waste your time.
