All about Ice Cream| Everything you need to know about Ice Cream

I'm 15 years old and I am getting my wisdom teeth out today, so I'm not going to be able to eat much for the next few days except for yogurt, smoothies, ice cream, etc. I have a lot of smoothie recipes that I plan on making, and they're healthy, (9 grams of protein or more in each smoothie, less than 1g of fat, and some fiber)
Am I messing up my diet from doing this? I wont be able to exercises today or tomorrow, and I dont want to gain a lot of weight.
Suggestions? What else can I eat that isn't fattening and is healthy?

When you are sick or need to eat …then you eat. You can always go back on your diet. A few days eating what you need so you do not get dry socket and dehydrate is more important.

Your body is going to use a lot of calories healing itself.

If you gain a lb or two ….so what? Goodness…..stop worrying so much about the outside and worry about how this affects your body INSIDE!

There comes a time when you have to forgo a diet for vanity…and feed yourself and take care of yourself for HEALTH.

You have to balance your life out…and this is one of those things that will forever be give and take.

Don't worry about a few days. If you are generally healthy, eating right and exercising, then you aren't going to screw things up or gain a lot of weight. Relax and don't worry.

    Update:

Man… A thumbs down? C'mon. It takes a lot of effort to put on fat. 3500 unburned calories, the body has a resting metabloic rate, meaning you burn calories just by breathing. So, assume the lowest, 1200 calories just to lay in bed all day, you then need to consume 3500 calories above and beyond that to gain a pound of fat.

You don't get fat overnight. Your weight will shift a few pounds from hour to hour because of water weight and stuff, but gaining fat happens over time. 500 extra calories per day will gain 1lbs a week.
Yeah… In 3 days you're going to balloon 15lbs. Live with it…[end sarcasm]
