Sugar Free, Dairy Free Ice cream?
Sugar Free, Dairy free ice cream or frozen yoghurt-type product?
And where I can buy it at if it actually exists!
I don’t care if it’s low fat, no fat, whatever.
Purely Decadent
that’s the brand of the ice cream,
you can get it at whole foods, and its DELICIOUS, the mocha almond fudge flavor is my favorite!
however, i don’t quite know if it’s sugar free, but it’s definitely dairy free. you should try it though!

does anyone know of easy ice cream recipe?
i would like one with simple items milk sugar etc no ice cream machine, and don’t want to go buy a lot of heavy cream and rock salt etc found some recipes but only make a little or take ice cream machines i do have a blender would like to just heat in pan, on stove and freeze
An old kids’ recipe for simple ice cream is to mix up a batch of instant pudding and pop it into the freezer for a little while. Bring it out when it freezes to the proper consistency. I like this best with a little frozen whipped topping mixed in before the mixture is frozen, though that’s not part of the original old recipe.

Ice Cream, Salt, Sugar, Heat, milk, ice?
I did an ice cream lab, and ihave a few questions that im not sure how to answer..
- what is the state of matter of ice cream ?
- in order to chnage the phase of milk, what needs to be removed?
- what happened to the heat energy that left the milk?
- if there was no sugar added, would the ice cream frozen faster? why?
- why did the outside of the bag get wet (no leaks)?
please and thank you.
what is the state of matter of ice cream ? Solid (unless it was melted ice cream.
in order to chnage the phase of milk, what needs to be removed? Heat
what happened to the heat energy that left the milk? it warmed the ice, salt and water solution.
if there was no sugar added, would the ice cream frozen faster? why? I don’t think it would have frozen faster, it just wouldn’t have tasted as good.
why did the outside of the bag get wet (no leaks)?
Condensation is the change in matter of a substance to a denser phase, such as a gas (or vapor) to a liquid. Condensation commonly occurs when a vapor is cooled to a liquid, but can also occur if a vapor is compressed (i.e., pressure on it increased) into a liquid, or undergoes a combination of cooling and compression. Liquid which has been condensed from a vapor is called condensate. A device or unit used to condense vapors into liquid is called a condenser. Condensers are used in heat exchangers which have various designs, and come in many sizes ranging from rather small (hand-held) to very large.

Blue Bunny no sugar added ice cream bars?
Okay, so my mom and I saw a box of Blue Bunny ice cream bars at the store, and it is made with Truvia instead of sugar, or an artificial sugar substitute. It has 10 grams of sugar alcohol, and my stomach is already sensitive, so should I avoid eating this? (I’ve heard of it having a laxative affect…)
truvia is like splenda..if you have SENSITIVE STOMACH, you may want to check it out-you may not handle the milk well
